Lousy gas blower I purchased the gas blower FB25 ten months ago. The blower was average. I did not like the handle with springs. By month 10 the cord would not retract. I will NEVER buy another Weed Eater product. My neighbors have had similar issues with their Weed Eater products. I am sending the unit back to Weed Eater! April 15, 2013
Unacceptable product 2nd unit purchased - first one starter chord would not go back in and could not start. Second one would run for about 2 minutes and then die. Both less than 1 year old. In both cases, repair was more than cost of new unit. Would never purchase another one of this product because of this. April 10, 2013
FB25 is junk I purchased the FB25 less than 6 months ago & since day one the blower doesn't run more than 5 minutes when & if it decides to start. I had problems with the pull rope not wanting to retract all the way in until the blower would run. I originally mixed the oil & gas as per the instructions. After the unit not wanting to run correctly I dumped that tank of gas & oil & refueled with fresh gas & oil & the same thing. I now have to find a repair center to see what the problem is & if it's worth repairing. I purchased due to price in the range I was looking for & wished now I would've purchased a different blower. Oh yeah when it would run the blower would throttle up & down & then shut down on it's own. I would try to restart the blower & it wouldn'r run more than a couple of minutes. I'm totally dissatisfied with the blower. March 25, 2013
gas line problem The unit arrived with the gas line filter twisted upwards so that it would run only a few moments before stopping. After much frustration i finally managed to push the filter to proper position and it runs fine now, i was not impressed with that. I am using it in winter to blow skiffs of snow and it seems to work well for that. January 16, 2013
FB25 Blower great disappointment Past years the purchase of an weedeater product was inexpensive and very reliable. I purchased two FB25 Leaf Blowers in 2012. One in August and the other one in September. Both machines have failed. I used this web site to locate a service center and will take both blowers to be repaired or replaced this week. Very dispointed in a product that has had years of manufacturing top quality products and marketing them at a fair price. December 25, 2012
