Works great
I have used my Weed Eater three times and it does a great job. It is light weight and easy to handle for a woman. The only problem is I can't find a replacement spool. I don't need it yet but would like to have one on hand. No one sells them in my area and I can't find it even on the internet.

Good around the yard
Got rid of the plug-in electric B&D to try this out. Couple of things: Charges pretty quickly, battery seems to have around 2-3 hours of use. I used mine for around 30-40 minutes and it dropped down 1 bar out of 5 on the built-in meter. Extremely easy to put it together, only a few pieces to assemble out of box.Downside is there is only one spinning string instead of two from each side which makes for a little less ruggedness than I would prefer. Due the lack of overall power I don't think I could do edging (in Georgia) with this unit, but my previous plug in electric worked fine so I'm a little disappointed with that. Also, I was looking forward to getting other models that used this same battery (blower and trimmer) but they have very poor reviews so I don't think I will be doing that soon.
